This privacy policy applies to the 부산항신항 셔틀버스 mobile application (the "Application") provided by futuremnc (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as is.
The Application collects or accesses information only as needed to provide shuttle bus account, reservation, check-in, notice, inquiry, diagnostics, and notification features. Depending on the feature you use, this may include:
The Application requests foreground location permission on Android (approximate location and precise location). The Application accesses your current location only while the Application is open and you use a location-based feature, such as location-based reservation or finding a nearby shuttle stop.
Location data is used to calculate the distance between your current position and shuttle stops, identify whether you are near an eligible stop, and support reservation from a nearby stop. The Application does not request background location permission and does not collect location data when the Application is closed or not in use.
The Application does not sell location data and does not use location data for advertising. The current location used for nearby-stop calculation is processed for the feature you requested and is not used to track your movements in the background.
The Application uses third-party services that may process information under their own privacy policies. These services are used to provide authentication, backend storage, cloud functions, notifications, app diagnostics, analytics, app update checks, and platform services.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. The Service Provider may disclose user information only in the following cases:
The Service Provider retains user-provided data while your account or service use continues and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed for legitimate service operation, security, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.
You may request deletion of user-provided data by contacting the Service Provider at contact@futuremnc.com. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary for legitimate service operation.
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information processed by the Application. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact contact@futuremnc.com so appropriate action can be taken.
You can stop information collection by uninstalling the Application. You can also control location permission through your device settings. If you deny location permission, you can continue to use the Application, but location-based stop recommendation and reservation features may be limited.
The Service Provider may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
